My name is Michelle Waggoner, and I’m a stay-at-home mom.  I started this blog,, to help people learn how to save buckets of money, just by using coupons and knowing how to take advantage of in-store sales.  I figured if I, Michelle Waggoner, of all people could do this, there is no excuse for anyone else not to be able to either!  So check back early, and often, and I’ll do my best to help you save money on your next grocery bill!  Here’s how it all got started.

I have an awesome husband and two beautiful kids.  My husband, Cory, and I made the decision for me to quit my full time job and stay at home with the kids.  I stumbled across a television show one afternoon about these people that were saving all this money just by using coupons.  I was amazed!  They were even getting free stuff from the store!   I decided I was going to give it a shot and begin helping contribute financially again.  I started making my list and clipping my coupons and sure enough, I began getting lots of freebies and saving some serious money.

It wasn’t until my husband’s best friend gave us a gift, and paid for us to attend Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University that we finally learned to put our money to work for us.  This class taught us how to budget, showed us the importance of becoming debt free, and we really learned what couponing could do for us.  Now we are telling our money what we want it to do where we want to spend it.  We are using the savings from our frugal lifestyle to pay down all of our debt and saving towards building our dream house – WITH CASH!  This lifestyle we have chosen to live has allowed us to give to others in ways we could’ve never hoped for before.

I thought if I can do this, anyone can.  So I created this website to help others out there like me.  I mean, who doesn’t want to save hundreds of dollars a month just by using coupons, and be able to help others in need?   I also post tons of freebies, giveaways, crafts, and recipes along with anything else that I find helpful.  I want people to visit my website and be able to save tons of money and have fun doing it.  And let me warn you; once you start, you can’t stop!  Saving money is addictive.
